The Engineering Manager will lead a talented group of engineers within the Consumer Promotion Experience team at DoorDash. This team is integral to the Ads and Promotions feature, focusing on marketing capabilities and creating top-notch advertising solutions. The role emphasizes collaboration with designers, product managers, and sales partners to ensure high-quality product delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset to drive product development and team success.

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 7+ years of industry experience, including a minimum of 2 years in management.
• Experience managing product engineering teams with both Backend and Frontend Engineers.
• Strong product sense and ability to collaborate with cross-functional peers.
• Hands-on experience working with non-technical stakeholders and building scalable products.

• Oversee a team of engineers and drive the successful execution of the product roadmap.
