The role of Manager in Business Consulting at EY focuses on Financial Planning and Analytics (FP&A) and involves leading multiple positions within the team. The candidate will combine financial planning expertise with modern technology solutions to address client challenges and drive process improvements. This position requires strong business acumen and the ability to build lasting client relationships while managing diverse teams. The Manager will also be responsible for delivering AI-enabled FP&A solutions and ensuring effective risk management.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS) or a related field and 5 years of progressive work experience in professional services/industry.
• 4 years of combined industry and/or consulting experience in financial planning and analysis.
• At least 2 years of experience in consulting and/or advisory capacity delivering FP&A transformations.
• 3 years of experience partnering with FP&A leaders to improve planning and forecasting processes.
• 4 years of experience in strategic planning, annual operating planning, and forecasting.
• 3 years of experience working with EPM platforms such as Anaplan, SAP, ORACLE EPM Cloud, or similar solutions.
• 4 years of experience in deconstructing complex issues using financial data.

• Coordinate and deliver complex FP&A and EPM projects while ensuring quality and effective risk management.
• Direct workstreams and manage client engagements to develop innovative solutions.
• Lead and deliver AI-enabled FP&A solutions while applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds.
• Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress and maintaining long-term client relationships.
