The Senior Technical Product Manager will lead the data and insights strategy for Microsoft Commercial Marketplace. This role focuses on designing a measurement system to understand customer and partner behavior, evaluate product success, and inform business decisions. • Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.

• Design an end-to-end measurement system for customer and partner journeys.
• Build and maintain product scorecards, dashboards, and recurring reports.
• Evaluate and improve the quality and reliability of Marketplace data.
• Create self-service measurement capabilities for product teams.
• Apply AI-assisted analytical techniques to generate insights.
• Align stakeholders on measurement priorities and metric definitions.
