Qualcomm's Silicon Validation team is seeking a Senior SoC Debug Engineer to enhance the quality of SoC silicon for Server, Compute, and Mobile chipsets. This role involves close collaboration with architects, designers, and verification engineers to debug and analyze failures at the embedded platform level. The candidate will lead initiatives for faster debugging and create strategies to isolate specific components. The position requires both pre-silicon and post-silicon debugging expertise.

• 9+ years of experience with pre-silicon and post-silicon enabling and debugging at the embedded platform level.
• Experience solving complex debug issues in both pre-silicon and post-silicon phases.
• Strong programming and scripting skills in languages such as C, Assembly, Perl, and Python.
• Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Lead the bring-up, debug, and analysis of failures at the embedded platform level.
• Create and implement strategies for faster debugging at the platform level.
• Perform real-time debugging and troubleshooting of server hardware components.
• Investigate manufacturing defects and determine root causes to improve product quality.
