The Verification & Validation Lead at Qualcomm will oversee V&V for a strategic ADAS turnkey customer program, managing multiple ADAS stack variants and ECU platforms. This role requires translating project and quality expectations into a global V&V operating model while providing technical leadership to global engineering teams. The ideal candidate will drive scalable test strategies and ensure release readiness across various platforms. Strong collaboration with OEM and Tier 1 stakeholders is essential for success in this position.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 6+ years of Systems Engineering experience, or a Master's degree with 5+ years, or a PhD with 4+ years.
• 12+ years of experience in automotive software, systems verification, validation, or test engineering.
• 8+ years of experience leading global engineering teams in a cross-functional environment.
• Strong experience with ADAS or automated-driving systems and production-oriented V&V activities.
• Expert knowledge of test strategy, planning, execution, and quality assessment.

• Define and continuously improve the overall V&V strategy and quality targets for QC ADAS programs.
• Organize global V&V teams in a scalable matrix structure to balance project delivery with reusable test platforms.
• Drive scalable test strategies across core and application V&V, including test focus and variant handling.
• Lead requirements-to-test coverage traceability and close gaps among requirements, test cases, and results.
• Oversee planning and delivery of release-test artifacts for customer milestones and software deliveries.
