This role involves mentoring junior staff and collaborating with a large interdisciplinary design team. You will engage with clients and support business development efforts while advancing the technical capabilities of the geotechnical group. • B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering
• M.S/Ph.D. in Geotechnical Engineering
• 15 years of geotechnical consulting experience with a focus on heavy infrastructure projects
• PE license
• 10 or more years of geotechnical design experience in the dams market preferred

• Lead the delivery of geotechnical tasks on various projects.
• Mentor less experienced staff in geotechnical practices.
• Develop and implement geotechnical data collection programs.
• Conduct geotechnical analyses and prepare technical reports.
• Assist in the preparation of contract documents and provide support during project construction.
