Requirements
- At least ten years of experience in the design of HVAC systems for industrial facilities.
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Thorough knowledge of codes and standards related to the design of HVAC systems.
- Adaptability to work within a fast-paced team environment with multiple deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate with the project team remotely.
Responsibilities
- Layout and design HVAC systems.
- Develop conceptual design and preliminary design documents, including calculations for sizing and selecting systems.
- Create Air Flow Diagrams (AFDs), Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), and general arrangements.
- Prepare final construction documents associated with HVAC systems.
- Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure project success.
