You will engage with clients and support business development efforts while advancing the technical capabilities of the geotechnical group. The position is hybrid, allowing for a mix of office and remote work.

• B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering
• M.S/Ph.D. in Geotechnical Engineering
• 15 years of geotechnical consulting experience with a focus on heavy infrastructure projects
• PE license
• 10 or more years of geotechnical design experience in the dams market preferred

• Lead geotechnical tasks and project delivery for various civil infrastructure projects.
• Mentor less experienced staff and support their professional development.
• Develop and implement geotechnical data collection programs and analyses.
• Prepare technical reports and contract documents.
• Provide support during project construction and follow projects from concept to completion.
