• Experience leading Applied AI, intelligent systems, conversational AI, or workflow automation initiatives in production environments.
• Excellent communication skills, sound technical judgment, and strong people leadership.

• Lead and grow high-performing engineering teams responsible for critical Applied AI platform capabilities.
• Define and drive the technical strategy for foundational AI platforms, including shared services and orchestration.
