The Applications Development Technical Lead Analyst at Citibank will provide continuous support for critical business applications, ensuring stability for both internal and external clients. This role involves monitoring system performance, coordinating with various teams, and supporting customer-facing applications related to Margin and Risk calculations. The analyst will also be responsible for maintaining infrastructure and implementing improvements to ensure system continuity. A hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related field.
• Six years of experience in the job offered or in a related IT occupation.
• Experience with provisioning Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Elastic Kubernetes Services (EKS).
• Experience maintaining Enterprise Container Services (ECS) infrastructure using Red Hat Linux Openshift.
• Experience setting up cloud Virtual Machines on Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Microsoft Windows Servers.
• Experience using Oracle, Mongo Atlas, PostgreSQL, and Microsoft SQL for database management.
• Experience creating and maintaining automated Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) pipelines.

• Provide continuous support from a Development Operations perspective for business applications.
• Monitor the functioning of equipment to ensure systems operate in conformance with specifications.
• Consult with customers or other departments on project status, proposals, or technical issues.
• Support disaster recovery testing activities and implement approved improvements.
• Execute software system testing or validation procedures and prepare associated documentation.
• Maintain the source code repository in Bitbucket and set up continuous integration and delivery.
• Train users to use new or modified equipment.
