The Amazon Leo CT SW Team is seeking an embedded software engineer to develop software for Project Kuiper products. This role involves working with a constellation of low-Earth-orbit satellites to provide reliable internet access. The engineer will collaborate with various teams to design, implement, and deploy software while ensuring high performance and reliability. Candidates should be flexible and responsive to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience of new and existing systems
• 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience
• 1+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications
• 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language

• Design and implement embedded software used in Project Kuiper products
• Work collaboratively with teams inside and outside of Amazon
• Craft software from requirements, designs, code, test, to product deployment
• Integrate the RF front-end, controls, and signal path
• Use device telemetry to debug and improve terminals operating on orbit
