Job description
This position is part of the Logic Technology Development team at Intel, focusing on advanced semiconductor process technologies. Requirements
- A Master's degree with 4+ years of semiconductor industry experience, or a Ph.D. degree with 2+ years of semiconductor industry experience in a relevant STEM field.
- Experience in semiconductor processing, fabrication, or nanotechnology.
- Knowledge of design of experiments and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- 5+ years of professional experience in lithography photoresist evaluation or layer process development.
- Experience in driving yield improvement and patterning defect reduction.
Responsibilities
- Lead scientific research enabling the manufacture of innovative device architectures.
- Design, execute, and analyze experiments to meet engineering specifications.
- Participate in the development of intellectual property.
- Integrate individual steps necessary for the manufacture of complex microprocessors.
- Ramp to manufacturing volumes to demonstrate technology meets requirements.
