Job description
NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join the DFX engineering team, focusing on leading software methodology programs that enhance chip testability, debuggability, and manufacturability. This role involves collaborating with various engineering teams to drive methodology programs and process improvements throughout the program lifecycle. The position requires a strong understanding of ASIC/SoC design and verification processes, as well as experience in managing software and tooling programs. The ideal candidate will help accelerate the next wave of artificial intelligence by ensuring efficient execution across multiple silicon product lines.
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of combined experience in software engineering or computer science, including a minimum of 3 years in technical program management.
- Solid understanding of the ASIC/SoC design, verification, and productization flow.
- Experience managing software, tooling, or methodology programs, including release cycles and user adoption.
- Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of guiding and influencing in dynamic environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end program lifecycle for DFX software methodology across various stages.
- Build and lead roadmaps, schedules, and dependencies for DFX flow and tool releases.
- Drive the release and deployment process for DFX flows and tooling, ensuring user adoption.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define requirements and document workflows.
- Proactively identify technical, resource, and schedule risks, developing mitigations in partnership with engineering.
