Morgan Stanley is seeking a Director, Lead Cybersecurity Engineer to join their team in Alpharetta, GA. The role focuses on architecting, testing, integrating, and deploying Web Proxy technologies while collaborating with security experts to enhance the firm's security posture. The position involves researching industry best practices and training personnel on newly delivered solutions. Telecommuting is permitted for up to two days per week.

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Requires five (5) years of experience in the position offered or five (5) years as a Consultant, Technical Lead, Engineer, or a related role in the technology field.
• Requires five (5) years of experience with Zscaler or Netskope.
• Requires experience in deployment and migration in Cloud Security products including Netskope, Zscaler or Palo Alto.
• Requires experience with Cloud gateway, CASB design, and Zero Trust architecture and deployment.
• Requires experience in DevOps operations.
• Requires knowledge of Data Loss prevention (DLP) and its practical implementations.
• Requires understanding of data protection practices, including Data At Rest, In Use, and In Motion.
• Requires knowledge of web security and cyber-attack vectors.
• Requires experience operating in large, siloed enterprise environments.
• Requires experience supporting business operations, migration, and integration support on multi-flavor proxy environments.
• Requires experience handling both On-Prem and Cloud proxies in enterprise environments.
• Requires experience with changes, incidents, and tasks, including Jira and ServiceNow.
• Requires experience integrating external services with proxies via ICAP, proxy chaining, and service offloads.
• Requires cloud security experience including Microsoft Azure Cloud, Microsoft Office 365 suite, and Amazon Web Services Cloud.
• Requires experience mitigating web malware.
• Requires knowledge of Linux.
• Requires understanding of web protocols including TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL, and TLS.
• Requires ability to dissect all 7 layers of the OSI stack.
• Requires experience working in DMZ environments including hardware load-balancing, firewalls, and multi-tiered architectures.

• Architect, test, integrate, and deploy Web Proxy technologies.
• Collaborate with security experts to implement policy-based solutions.
• Research industry best practices and future technologies to enhance security posture.
• Interface with technical vendor subject matter experts and internal squads to ensure high-quality secure solutions.
