The engineer will bridge business needs with technical solutions, ensuring robust and measurable outcomes. The position emphasizes strong leadership, mentoring, and collaboration with engineering teams to enhance the organization's technology capabilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of hands-on object-oriented design and development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Python software design and development.
• 3+ years of experience managing software development teams.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts effectively.
