The AWS Partnerships Team is seeking an experienced Data Engineer to enhance the data infrastructure that supports partner engagement. This role involves working with large datasets and developing ETL pipelines to improve data quality and operational efficiency. The team focuses on building next-generation data platforms to facilitate partner programs and drive measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data and a commitment to teamwork and communication.

• 3+ years of data engineering experience
• 1+ years of experience with ETL/ELT processes
• 1+ years of experience with OLAP technologies
• 1+ years of experience with data modeling
• 1+ years of experience with SQL
• 1+ years of experience with Oracle
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field
• Experience with AWS technologies like Redshift, S3, AWS Glue, EMR, Kinesis, FireHose, Lambda, and IAM roles
• Experience with non-relational databases or data stores

• Own large portions of the data infrastructure and influence strategy for data products and system architecture.
• Work on data ingestion from over 30 partner program sources and performance tuning.
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines to ingest and transform data.
• Collaborate with business owners to gather and propose data requirements.
• Ensure operational excellence in data handling and processing.
