• Bachelor's degree or above in engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in Design/Innovation, research & development, manufacturing, process, industrial engineering, or related fields.
• Master's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with design-in-safety and process design based on Lean Principles.
• Knowledge of system architecture, optimization, system dynamics, statistical analysis, reliability analysis, and decision making.
• Experience with complex automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, and high-speed manufacturing.
