The analyst will collaborate with various teams to develop KPIs and reporting solutions that inform decision-making. • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field, or 5+ years of equivalent professional experience.
• Experience contributing to the development of KPIs or operational metrics.
• Strong SQL proficiency and working experience with Python or equivalent scripting for data analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with business partners and translate operational needs into analytical requirements.
• Familiarity with KPI and performance management frameworks such as OKRs or operational scorecards.
• Experience with data visualization and BI tools such as Tableau or Looker.
