The TPU Design Verification Engineering Lead at Google will be part of a team focused on developing custom silicon solutions for Google's products. This role involves shaping the next generation of hardware experiences that deliver high performance and efficiency. The lead will coordinate with various teams to define verification strategies for SoCs and ensure high-quality outcomes. This position requires deep technical expertise in verification methodologies and the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in managing functional verification for IPs and SoCs.
• Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science is preferred.
• Experience leading design verification of an SoC or large ASICs.
• Deep technical expertise in different verification techniques and methodologies.

• Act as the primary point of contact for IP and SoC functional verification for cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with architecture, design teams, Sival and SW teams in defining the overall verification strategy of our SoCs.
• Set the goal and own verification methodology for multiple chips.
• Drive cross-functional teams for high quality tape-outs.
