• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience working with client-side web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP.
• 3 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages like Java, C/C++, or Python.
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners or customers.

• Guarantee the technical aspects of a customer or partner's integration by providing technical guidance and necessary documentation.
• Provide high touch technical subject matter expertise with strategic partners for partner education, technical troubleshooting, and support.
• Work with Product Managers and Partner Operations Managers to define and prioritize new product features and tools requests.
• Perform implementation reviews, advocate new product features, and ensure the prompt resolution of technical challenges.
• Develop technical tools and documentation to expedite partner implementation and improve operational scaling.
