This role involves leveraging problem-solving skills and modern front-end development practices to enhance user experiences for complex workflows using Esri's ArcGIS Business Analyst software. The team is responsible for designing and developing the next generation of business solutions that integrate demographic and market data with map-based analytics. The position requires collaboration with other developers to create robust components and maintain high-quality code. The focus is on using TypeScript and other front-end technologies to deliver effective solutions.

• 2+ years of front-end development experience with TypeScript
• Proficiency with additional front-end development technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Node.JS
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Ember
• Experience developing web components and performing UI & Unit testing
• Experience with Figma and Storybook
• Excellent problem-solving, design, development, and troubleshooting skills
• Understanding and experience working with web services and REST APIs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Experience with software development methodologies such as SCRUM and social coding using Git
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field

• Develop, maintain, and test the Business Analyst Web App
• Architect solutions as a TypeScript programmer, writing scalable, reusable, and maintainable code
• Evolve language skills in TypeScript by staying current with complementary programming languages and development methodologies
• Work closely with other developers to develop robust components and integrate with other development teams
• Diagnose and fix software problems
