• 10+ years of industry experience building software, ML, or large-scale data systems.
• 5+ years of experience managing engineering teams responsible for production systems.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, a related field or equivalent experience.
• Meaningful experience with ads measurement, ad effectiveness, or incrementality.
• Strong understanding of experimentation, causal inference, and probabilistic modeling.
• Demonstrated ability to set a compelling technical vision and develop multi-year roadmaps.
• Proven success partnering across Engineering, Product Management, and Data Science teams.
• Ability to make principled decisions involving methodological rigor and product usability.
• Experience establishing strong engineering practices for architecture and operational excellence.
• Track record of hiring, mentoring, and developing engineering managers and high-performing engineers.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
