• 7+ years of experience in technical project or program delivery within Data and AI.
• Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.
• Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting role.
• Understanding of solution architecture related to distributed data systems.
• Experience resolving complex escalations with senior customer executives.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

• Engage with Solutions Architects to understand the use case demand plan for prioritized customers.
• Lead the post-technical win account strategy and execution plan for Databricks use cases.
• Serve as the accountable technical leader for specific use cases and customers across multiple teams.
• Act as the first contact for technical issues related to production and go-live status.
• Leverage internal resources and escalate to technical experts as needed.
• Create and execute a plan to accelerate key use cases into production.
• Develop an execution plan covering all customer-facing technical roles and teams.
• Provide internal and external updates on customer health and usage status.
