• 0-2 years of experience in technology, fintech, payments, banking, consulting, business analysis, or a related field.
• Foundational understanding of APIs and developer platforms, including REST APIs, JSON, and OpenAPI specifications.
• Experience using frontend development tools and design applications like Figma, Framer, or Retool.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate data and identify trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Interest in learning about payments, treasury management, and financial technology concepts.

• Help maintain and improve the developer-facing documentation for the API.
• Analyze client feedback, adoption metrics, and implementation trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support clients and internal teams in understanding API capabilities.
• Assist in gathering and documenting product requirements, user stories, and feature requests for APIs.
• Participate in testing and validation activities for new APIs and connectivity enhancements.
