The engineer will lead technical efforts, mentor junior staff, and manage project delivery from concept to completion. The position emphasizes quality control, interdisciplinary coordination, and establishing design standards across offices.

• Master’s degree in civil engineering with a structural emphasis
• 8+ years of relevant buildings-related structural design experience
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Proficiency with structural design and analysis software such as ETABS, RISA, or RAM
• Thorough knowledge of building codes and standards including IBC and ASCE
• Experience leading project teams and mentoring junior staff
• Experience with construction support services
• Demonstrated independent initiative and ownership of work
• United States citizenship
