The Microsoft Financial Services Alliance Relationship Director at EY is responsible for managing the alliance relationship between EY and Microsoft within the Financial Services sector. • Deep Financial Services industry knowledge, including Banking & Capital Markets, Insurance, and Wealth & Asset Management.
• Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, Data & AI, Security, Business Applications, and Copilot.
• Experience in alliance management, business development, or sector-led growth in a technology or professional services company.
• Excellent organization and project management skills with a proven track record of delivering alliance sales and revenue outcomes.

• Execute the Microsoft Financial Services alliance strategy in alignment with Microsoft Global Alliance priorities.
• Facilitate relationships and program management between Microsoft and EY Financial Services to mobilize on strategic opportunities.
• Drive results through disciplined governance with clear accountability across global service lines and practices.
• Provide actionable insights to Microsoft Alliance executives and EY Financial Services leadership regarding pipeline and performance.
• Support the identification and activation of Microsoft priority solutions and partner programs across Financial Services.
• Deliver accurate financial reporting and insights related to Microsoft impact and sector pipeline visibility.
• Identify and activate priority Financial Services accounts while supporting business plans and executive relationship mapping.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to define sector-specific messaging and campaign materials for Financial Services execution.
