The role of Manager in Technology Consulting at EY focuses on providing Pega technical analysis and solution architecture for clients in the Financial Services Office. The position involves leading teams, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring the delivery of quality client services. The Manager will work closely with engagement teams to develop advanced Pega solutions while maintaining long-term client relationships. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to drive successful project outcomes.

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field and 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate related work experience.
• Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in a related field and 4 years of related work experience.
• Must have 4 years of experience implementing Pega, including hands-on experience with configuration and customizations.
• Must have 4 years of experience using relational databases including SQL Server, MySQL, Access, Oracle, and/or DB2.
• Must have 4 years of experience with low-code/no-code development platforms or Object-Oriented programming concepts.
• Must have 2 years of experience leading teams of developers for PEGA projects.

• Provide clients with Pega technical analysis of requirements, solution architecture, and design.
• Advise engagement team members and deliver a variety of Pega-based solutions.
• Design, architect, and develop advanced configuration solutions using Pega.
• Work with developers to estimate effort and manage financials of complex engagements.
• Support Managers and Senior Managers in sales proposals and development of assets.
• Mentor junior staff resources on project cadence and technology ramp-up.
• Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds.
