• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical field and 6+ years of technical experience in software engineering or related areas.
• Master's Degree in a relevant technical field and 8+ years of technical experience, or equivalent experience.
• Significant experience leading managers and technical organizations.
• Experience supporting enterprise customers and managing executive-level stakeholder relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to influence product strategy through customer insights.
