The Microsoft Sovereign Cloud Identity team is seeking an early career Software Engineer to join the Authentication team. This role focuses on maintaining the lifecycle of the Entra Authentication services stack within the Azure ecosystem. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline with proven coding experience in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Candidates must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret Clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) based on a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) with Polygraph.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements.
Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to determine user requirements for features.
- Support the identification of dependencies and the development of design documents for product features with oversight.
- Learn to create and implement code for products, services, or features with guidance.
- Assist in breaking down work items into tasks and provide estimations.
- Act as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) in monitoring system/product features for degradation, downtime, or interruptions.
- Review current developments and seek new knowledge to improve product availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance.
