The Development Senior Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled products within the Americas Tax Technology Group at EY. This role involves blending people leadership with technical expertise to ensure the delivery of secure, scalable, and innovative technology solutions. The team focuses on developing AI-driven digital products that empower tax professionals and clients. The position requires a commitment to responsible AI principles and collaboration with various stakeholders to achieve operational excellence.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, or Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience in technology and product development.
• 6+ years of experience leading development teams using Agile/Lean practices.
• Experience delivering solutions using Microsoft .NET and modern UI technologies.
• Experience building cloud-native solutions, preferably on Microsoft Azure.
• Exposure to generative AI initiatives and DevOps practices.
• Tax domain experience is preferred.

• Partner with Product Owners to design, plan, build, operate, and continuously improve AI-augmented products.
• Own delivery outcomes including quality, reliability, performance, and long-term maintainability.
• Lead development teams to deliver secure, scalable, and cloud-native solutions incorporating automation and AI.
• Ensure products meet 24x7 operational expectations and lead urgent response teams for production issues.
• Drive the responsible adoption of generative AI and advanced analytics in product development.
• Promote reuse of AI patterns and components across products and portfolios.
• Create and maintain architecture artifacts and ensure adherence to Reference Architecture standards.
• Lead and grow high-performing, inclusive development teams across various models.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with DevOps, Architecture, and other teams.
• Produce clear technical documentation and maintain technical and AI roadmaps.
