The Entry Level Construction Project Engineer will join a team of water and wastewater construction management professionals in St. Louis, Missouri. This role offers an exciting opportunity to begin a career in engineering and construction, focusing on hands-on experience in project management, inspection, and program management. The position involves working closely with local water clients and requires collaboration with city agencies and contractors. The engineer will report directly to the Construction Management Group Leader.

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, construction management, or a related technical field.

• Serve as a resident project engineer or inspector for local water clients.
• Draft construction work orders and review construction plans for quantity takeoffs.
• Conduct field investigations to support construction project development.
• Coordinate with city agencies, contractors, and third parties in the preparation of construction assignments.
• Support the construction team to ensure all work is performed according to approved specifications and client quality standards.
• Prepare meeting agendas and meeting minutes.
• Perform warranty inspections for completed projects.
