Job description

Jacobs is seeking Interns and Entry Level Engineers, Scientists, Construction Management Professionals, and Architects to join teams across North America. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of engineering tasks for clients including cities, federal government agencies, and private sector clients. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and receive mentorship from experienced professionals. The focus is on delivering innovative solutions to complex challenges while blending theoretical knowledge with practical application.

Requirements

  • Attendance at the SHPE National Conference in Indianapolis, IN in October 2026 is required.
  • Entry-Level positions require a Bachelor's degree in a related Engineering, Architecture, or Scientific field.
  • Intern positions require current enrollment in a related degree-seeking program.
  • Authorization to work within the US/Canada without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Support project coordination and engineering design utilizing specialty-specific software.
  • Conduct data collection and analysis under the guidance of senior technical staff.
