Job description
The Digital S/W Eng Lead Analyst is a strategic professional responsible for leading large-scale application development efforts and providing architectural guidance within the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of technology and business functions, as well as the ability to mentor and influence teams. The analyst will play a significant role in design reviews and code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural principles. The position demands strong communication skills to effectively convey risks and strategies to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in technology leadership within Wealth Management or the broader Banking domain.
- Bachelor's/University degree, with a Master's degree preferred.
- Hands-on expertise in developing enterprise-grade applications using modern technology stacks, including frontend development with Angular and backend development with Java microservices.
- Demonstrable expertise in utilizing modern development tools across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for executing and driving results on large-scale efforts or multiple smaller efforts.
- Provide guidance on architecturally significant efforts during the preplanning phase.
- Assist in planning and managing application development assignments involving large budgets and cross-functional projects.
- Drive clarity and work with complete independence on business and technical strategies.
- Create plans that have a clear path to delivery and solve for dependencies between agile and waterfall delivery efforts.
