The Senior Ops Engineer will play a crucial role in the Central RME team, focusing on enhancing logistics operations in North America. This position requires strong project management skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams to achieve high-quality launch outcomes. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency while ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves engaging with various operational teams and managing the end-to-end delivery of launches.

• 5+ years of directly managing and responsible for multiple large projects experience
• 5+ years of maintenance or engineering experience
• 3+ years of experience in material handling equipment (MHE) or automation environments, or experience in reliability/maintenance environments
• 3+ years of leading cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and field execution through launch readiness and go-live phases experience
• Experience and strong technical background in relevant fields of automated or non-automated material handling equipment
• Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, engineering technology or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) Full Time experience
• Experience building launch readiness frameworks, standard work, playbooks, and scalable deployment mechanisms across multiple concurrent sites
• Experience with performance metrics such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), downtime, throughput, or quality
• Experience in Amazon RME (Reliability, Maintenance, and Engineering), fulfillment operations, or automation deployment environments

• Own end-to-end launch delivery by driving all phases of launch execution from RME requirements through IOQ, TQ Pass, and post-launch validation.
• Regularly engage senior leaders by providing clear, data-driven updates on the progress of key project milestones.
• Define and execute program strategies by developing comprehensive program roadmaps that address evolving customer needs.
• Continuously raise the bar on launch quality by establishing and refining launch-readiness benchmarks.
• Identify and implement long-term corrective actions by analyzing delivery gaps and root causes.
• Cultivate and expand key partnerships by building and maintaining strong cross-functional relationships essential for launch success.
• Create and manage program roadmaps by developing process documentation, standardized playbooks, and implementation plans.
• Influence without authority by holding cross-functional teams accountable to quality standards and timelines.
