• 3+ years of experience in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of SolidWorks simulation or Ansys Finite Element analysis tools
• Experience in designing complex mechanical products and equipment at volume
• Master's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent is preferred
• Experience with AI/ML technologies
• Familiarity with simulation and emulation software for manufacturing, such as FlexSim, Emulate3D, or Visual Components

• Lead the end-to-end equipment technology development process from ideation to implementation.
• Write requirements, functional specifications, design verification plans, and functional test procedures.
• Collect customer needs and feedback to propose new solutions and enhancements.
• Influence technical and business decisions through data-driven contributions.
• Define and track project timelines and manage project budgets.
• Conduct regular progress reviews and reporting.
• Partner with the simulation team to validate new ideas and optimize workflows.
• Lead discussions on scalability strategies for new technologies with various teams.
