• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language
• 5+ years of experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team
• 5+ years of experience in the full software development life cycle, including coding standards and operations
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

• Design and build AI-driven agents and automation for ad insertion systems
• Troubleshoot operational problems and implement fixes
• Build tools and intelligent automation to reduce manual effort
• Influence and propose ideas for the AI and agentic roadmap to product management
• Collaborate with other engineers to enhance system reliability and performance
