The Corporate Banking Senior Analyst is an intermediate-level position focused on assisting clients with capital market fundraising and providing strategic advisory services for financial transactions. This role involves collaboration with the Institutional Banking team to formulate investment strategies and raise capital. The analyst will also engage in trading activities for clients and is expected to maintain strong relationships with both internal and external partners. The overall aim is to act as a strategic advisor, ensuring compliance and effective capital allocation.

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Banking.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Corporate Banking products and regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated planning and organizational skills.
• SIE, series 79, series 63 within 150 days of joining.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Participate in global projects for Capital Management.
• Partner with Banking partners to execute transactions and drive client planning.
• Report on capital and returns metrics to senior management.
• Build strong working relationships with internal and external partners.
• Organize and analyze financial data for client proposals.
• Prepare written recommendations and create statistical exhibits.
• Conduct economic and financial research.
