The role is focused on delivering creative technical solutions to complex problems within the Global Security and Investigations team at Fidelity. Requirements
- BS degree in Computer Science or related software engineering field preferred.
- 1-3 plus years of technology experience in implementing and integrating software solutions in highly scalable environments.
- Experience in high-volume, low latency real-time messaging applied alerting and logging.
- Experience in a DevOps environment implementing automation solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly matrix environment.
- Desire and aptitude for learning new technologies.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of networking infrastructure and protocols.
Responsibilities
- Participate in problem solving, troubleshooting, performance tuning, production support, and maintenance of existing applications.
- Execute with web, event-driven, caching, batch architectures for high throughput and low latency.
- Support senior management by identifying risks and ensuring smooth business functions.
- Provide continual improvement around technical solutions to automate processes.
- Support the implementation of strong governance structures for all Technical Security platforms.
