Job description
The role is focused on shaping the technology that enhances Apple's recruiting processes. The Recruiting Technology team is reimagining systems with AI at the core to improve how talent is attracted, evaluated, and hired. The position involves tackling complex, cross-functional challenges and aligning various priorities to ensure success. The individual will report to product leadership and will be responsible for driving AI integration into the recruiting processes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product management, strategy and operations, or a comparable role within a technology product organization.
- Experience as a product manager or technical partner in an in-house HR or recruiting product role.
- Demonstrated experience owning and shipping an AI-powered product feature end-to-end.
- Experience designing or improving product organization operations, including planning cycles and decision-making.
- A track record of leading cross-functional partnerships across product, engineering, design, and business teams.
- Facilitation experience that produces decisions with leaders holding competing views.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools in an AI-forward design approach.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in OKRs or comparable goal frameworks.
- Experience leveraging AI to streamline team workflows.
- Experience leading teams through significant organizational change.
- Experience in recruiting, HR, or People technology.
- Hands-on experience building AI-enabled workflows at scale.
- Experience designing business processes at the intersection of people, technology, and compliance.
- Working experience in Agile development methodology.
Responsibilities
- Take on ambiguous, cross-functional problems that do not belong to any single Product Manager.
- Align priorities, plans, and measurement strategies to ensure success.
- Define and drive the use of AI to improve recruiting processes.
- Manage complexity rather than people to increase organizational capabilities.
- Deliver meaningful results that impact user experience and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to turn strategy into execution.
- Spot repetitive manual work and operational bottlenecks to automate them.
Benefits
- Employees at Apple are often offered comprehensive benefits that support physical and mental well-being—flexible medical plans, confidential counseling, onsite wellness centers at major campuses, and resources for fitness and daily life. Families typically receive fertility support, paid parental leave with gradual return, caregiving leave, and dependent-care guidance, while financial perks commonly include stock grants (with purchase discounts), 401(k) matching, and income-protection coverage. Employees also see robust time off, Apple University learning and tuition reimbursement, donation matching and paid volunteer hours, and deep product and partner discounts.
