Job description
The role is focused on enhancing the technology that supports Apple's recruiting efforts. You will work with the Recruiting Technology team to improve systems that attract, evaluate, and hire talent using AI and configurability. The position involves addressing complex, cross-functional challenges and aligning priorities across various teams. You will report to product leadership and help translate strategy into actionable results.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product management, strategy and operations, or a comparable role within a technology product organization.
- Experience as a product manager or technical partner in an in-house HR or recruiting product role.
- Demonstrated experience owning and shipping an AI-powered product feature end-to-end.
- Experience designing or improving product organization operations, including planning cycles and decision-making.
- A track record of leading cross-functional partnerships across product, engineering, design, and business teams.
- Facilitation experience that produces decisions with leaders holding competing views.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools in an AI-forward design approach.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in OKRs or comparable goal frameworks.
- Experience leveraging AI to streamline team workflows.
- Experience leading teams through significant organizational change.
- Experience in recruiting, HR, or People technology.
- Hands-on experience building AI-enabled workflows at scale.
- Experience designing business processes at the intersection of people, technology, and compliance.
- Working experience in Agile development methodology.
Responsibilities
- Take on ambiguous, cross-functional problems that do not belong to any single Product Manager.
- Align priorities, plans, and measurement strategies to ensure success.
- Define and drive the use of AI to improve recruiting processes.
- Manage complexity rather than people to increase organizational capability.
- Deliver meaningful results through effective execution of strategy.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment and decision-making.
- Navigate ambiguity and drive toward practical solutions in fast-paced environments.
Benefits
- Employees at Apple are often offered comprehensive benefits that support physical and mental well-being—flexible medical plans, confidential counseling, onsite wellness centers at major campuses, and resources for fitness and daily life. Families typically receive fertility support, paid parental leave with gradual return, caregiving leave, and dependent-care guidance, while financial perks commonly include stock grants (with purchase discounts), 401(k) matching, and income-protection coverage. Employees also see robust time off, Apple University learning and tuition reimbursement, donation matching and paid volunteer hours, and deep product and partner discounts.
