The Amazon Key team focuses on enhancing delivery operations through innovative technologies in IoT. This role involves collaborating with various teams to support analytics requirements and empower users with self-service reporting. The ideal candidate will also mentor other engineers and contribute to a positive team culture.

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT or equivalent
• 3+ years of data engineering experience
• 3+ years of experience developing and operating large-scale data structures for business intelligence analytics using ETL/ELT processes
• 3+ years of experience developing and operating large-scale data structures for business intelligence analytics using data modeling
• Experience with AWS technologies like Redshift, S3, AWS Glue, EMR, Kinesis, FireHose, Lambda, and IAM roles and permissions
• Master's degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT or equivalent
• Experience with non-relational databases or data stores
• Knowledge of professional software engineering and best practices for the full software development life cycle
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities

• Design, implement, and support data warehouse and data lake infrastructure using AWS big data stack and other technologies
• Develop and manage ETLs to source data from various systems and create a unified data model for analytics and reporting
• Use business intelligence software to develop dashboards for senior leadership
• Empower internal customers to drive their own analytics and support ad-hoc reporting
• Develop a deep understanding of vast data sources to solve business problems
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, and BI Teams to support new analytics requirements
• Manage multiple requests concurrently and prioritize effectively
• Mentor other engineers and positively influence team culture
