Job description
NVIDIA is seeking a Graphics System Software Engineer to join the AI for Experiences team, which focuses on developing advanced graphics and deep learning technologies. The team consists of dedicated graphics software engineers from diverse backgrounds, working collaboratively to create new APIs and systems. This role involves ensuring compatibility across various GPU architectures and operating systems while supporting the design and validation of next-generation graphics processors. The position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact in the field of AI and graphics technology.
Requirements
- Hold a B.S. or higher degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a similar field.
- 5+ years of experience writing robust and well-maintained C++ code.
- 5+ years of experience working on platform, driver, or SDK development.
- Solid background in algorithms, data structures, and computer architecture.
- Working experience with DirectX 12, Vulkan, or other rendering APIs.
Responsibilities
- Develop advanced graphics and deep learning technologies for real-time AI applications.
- Collaborate with industry leaders to build new APIs and systems.
- Implement graphics technologies across various GPU generations and operating systems.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust user-mode driver and platform code.
- Ensure backward and forward compatibility across diverse GPU architectures, operating systems, and driver releases.
- Support the design, development, and validation of next-generation graphics processors.
