The DSA Manager will lead a team of Delivery Solution Architects focused on ensuring the post-sales success of Databricks' largest Financial Services customers. This role involves setting the technical strategy, managing team capacity, and collaborating with various departments to drive use cases from kickoff to production. The manager will also act as a hands-on technical sponsor and trusted advisor to customers, including C-suite executives. Hiring, coaching, and developing a high-performing team is central to this position.

• 5+ years of experience managing a customer-facing technical team such as DSA, Solution Architect, or Technical Account Manager.
• Demonstrated leadership of a team of pre-sales or post-sales technical talent.
• Track record of putting data and AI workloads into production at scale.
• Conversant with business problems and Data and AI use cases in financial services.
• A bias for building systems and growing people.
• Track record of overachievement against quota or similar objective targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel up to 30% when needed.

• Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing DSA team.
• Own capacity planning and investment forecasting across the FINS portfolio.
• Partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, Professional Services, and Systems Integrator partners to accelerate use case delivery.
• Drive measurable customer outcomes including use-case throughput and renewal rates.
• Build systems, operating cadences, and playbooks to scale the DSA practice.
• Shape and promote the value proposition of the DSA role with internal partners and customers.
