• At least 5 years of professional technical consulting experience designing and implementing service offerings leveraging the Microsoft stack.
• Deep understanding and experience with M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Agent 365.
• Experience with industry LLMs, RAG architectures, and protocols like MCP and A2A.
• Strong knowledge of solution development with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Search, Teams, and Power Platform.
• Familiarity with Responsible AI frameworks such as ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI RMF.

• Lead and participate in enterprise solution implementations across all project phases.
