The Fleet Remediation Engineering Manager at Amazon is responsible for leading projects that enhance data center operations to meet customer needs. This role involves managing a team that provides full life-cycle support to AWS Data Centers, ensuring operational excellence and safety. The position requires strong engineering judgment and the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders. The team is part of AWS Infrastructure Services, which oversees the design and operation of AWS global infrastructure.

• The candidate must be a US Citizen and obtain an active TS/SCI security clearance.
• A Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, engineering technology, or equivalent experience is required.
• The candidate should have at least 6 years of professional or military experience.
• Experience in industrial or commercial engineering or project management in Mission Critical facilities is preferred.
• A Professional Engineer License and 4+ years of military experience are advantageous.

• Manage a team that provides full life-cycle support to AWS Data Centers from project design inception through site improvement.
