• 6+ years of industrial or commercial engineering experience in mission critical facilities such as data centers or power generation.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Knowledge of critical data center mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Experience in developing solutions and executing plans on complex projects.
• Experience in data center design, construction, operations, or facility maintenance.
• Professional Engineering or Architectural License is preferred.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations for your region.
• Experience in product design and system integration for backup generators or HVAC systems.

• Work with internal partner teams to solicit customer input and define design requirements for product design.
• Lead new product design, development, and qualification of critical electrical power distribution equipment.
• Collaborate with global suppliers and manufacturers to specify appropriate equipment and ensure supply chain resiliency.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and building codes across different countries.
• Validate designs through prototype and pre-production builds, conducting necessary analyses.
• Work with field engineering teams to test and validate installation and performance of electrical products.
• Provide support for manufacturing activities for new products across multiple geographical locations.
• Lead within the product development team and coordinate with external teams supporting the data center.
