This role involves building Tier-1 services for Amazon Ads, focusing on AI infrastructure that enhances advertising experiences. The team, known as Agent Fabric, is dedicated to developing a platform that accelerates agent application development and manages complex workflows. The position requires designing and rebuilding solutions for scalable agentic infrastructure while ensuring high performance and low latency. Successful candidates will contribute to innovative AI-driven advertising solutions that impact millions of advertisers globally.

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of design or architecture experience of new and existing systems
• 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience
• 1+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, or distributed software applications
• 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language

• Deliver working features spanning the full software lifecycle including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and operations.
• Coach others on producing high-quality code and ensure software failures are addressed with permanent fixes.
• Write clear documentation to ensure maintainability and extensibility of the software.
• Participate in constructive dialogue with team members and train new team members on software construction and operation.
• Design new and rebuild existing solutions for agentic infrastructure.
• Develop distributed solutions with service-oriented architecture to build high-performance platforms.
