NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Field Applications Engineer to provide on-site technical support for AI Factory build implementations and assist with critical field challenges. This role involves collaborating with various teams to identify and resolve issues, ensuring smooth deployments and operational efficiency. The engineer will serve as a senior technical resource for urgent field issues and help establish consistent approaches for AI Factory build-outs. This position requires strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to communicate effectively with engineering and partner teams.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in data center deployment, rack integration, technical field support, or large-scale systems troubleshooting.
• Practical experience troubleshooting intricate infrastructure problems related to servers, GPUs, switches, and storage.
• Experience working directly with partner, customer, OEM, ODM, or deployment services teams in field environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize complex technical issues.

• Deliver direct field assistance for AI Factory build implementation, including First Time Deployments and issue triage.
• Serve as a senior technical resource for urgent field issues involving customer concerns across various domains.
• Deploy to partner or field sites as needed to support rapid response and critical issue closure.
• Drive structured triage for deployment blockers, including failure reproduction and data collection.
• Help reduce time to resolution by validating diagnostic flows and improving test practices.
