NVIDIA is seeking a skilled SRAM circuit designer to join the Digital IP group, which develops IP for every chip designed at NVIDIA. This high-visibility role focuses on embedded SRAM design, SRAM compiler development, and guiding SOC design efforts. The team collaborates closely with internal SOC design, silicon testing, and productization teams to create innovative products. Candidates will have the opportunity to explore advanced development techniques and contribute to the future of computing.

• Master's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in SRAM design with a strong background in digital circuit design, layout, and validation on advanced FinFET and nanosheet processes.
• Design experience in single-port, dual-port, or register file SRAM-based macros, including complex circuits such as self-timed logic and sense-amplifiers.
• Familiarity with Cadence Virtuoso schematic and layout capture tools.
• Demonstrated delivery of silicon IP into production.

• Perform transistor-level circuit design and supervise layout implementation for embedded SRAM.
• Develop SRAM compilers to automate the assembly and validation of multiple unique SRAM macros.
• Explore future process nodes and develop techniques for optimal power, performance, and area characteristics.
• Collaborate with SOC design partners to achieve performance and cost goals.
• Guide silicon test and characterization efforts and work with productization teams for new silicon applications.
