NVIDIA's Silicon Co-design Group is looking for a versatile engineer to join the HW ArchDev Methodology team, which operates across the entire product lifecycle. This team focuses on defining innovative validation strategies for next-generation GPUs and AI accelerators. The role involves working at the intersection of architecture, silicon bring-up, and production to ensure high-quality product delivery. The engineer will be responsible for developing automation frameworks and telemetry systems to enhance validation processes.

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in silicon bring-up, ASIC validation, or system-level debug
• Knowledge of PVT, timing (STA), signal integrity, power, and high-speed IO such as PCIe
• Understanding of firmware and driver-hardware interaction
• Experience or curiosity about data-driven workflows, telemetry, and AI-assisted development
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment

• Design system-level validation strategies for complex architectures and corner cases
• Build AI-assisted and data-driven validation workflows to improve coverage and efficiency
• Profile real workloads including training, inference, HPC, and video applications
• Deploy automation and telemetry pipelines that scale across products and teams
• Drive silicon bring-up and root-cause debug using reusable methods
